The signage for navigation is lacking!!! It could definitely benefit from opening more dining options instead of having just one restaurant that is rarely available!!! Also, the inability to assist with external reservations is disheartening!!!

I was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. The carpet was dirty and the shower had mildew in the corners. Most of the furniture looked worn and needed replacing.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and the kids enjoyed the convenience of a laundry machine right in our room. Plus, the staff were exceptionally helpful when we asked about local attractions. It was a great spot for family memories!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful five-night stay in the Economy Double Room. The staff were exceptionally helpful, and we appreciated the option for additional amenities. If you prefer a firmer pillow, just ask! Great dining options nearby made our meals convenient and enjoyable.

Spacious double room with modern amenities like air conditioning, refrigerator, and flat-screen TV. Super close to Osaka Station, just a short walk away. Vending machines made late night snacks easy. The hotel offered massage services, which was a great way to unwind after long days of exploring.

Our stay was fantastic! The spacious room was a surprise, and the delicious breakfast buffet made every morning delightful. Plus, the convenience of having a 7-Eleven nearby was a lifesaver.

The location was perfect for our family trip, being close to many shops and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the spaciousness of the Deluxe Twin Room. The staff was extremely helpful during our stay, and the clean and modern amenities made our experience comfortable. However, the carpet in the room had some stains, which detracted from the overall experience.

During my stay, I loved how just a few steps away was the stunning Hep Five Ferris Wheel, offering fantastic views of the city as I strolled around the area, and the quick walk to the Osaka Museum of Housing and Living allowed me to deeply appreciate the city's rich history and culture.

the wifi on our floor wasn’t working. but the location was convenient. the room size was pretty spacious for a japanese hotel. staff were really friendly and professional. breakfast options were varied and tasty.
